The Conservatory Campus

Located in Manhattan’s historic Chelsea/Flatiron district, The New York Conservatory campus occupies three brightly-colored floors of acting studios, classrooms, movement studios, dance studios, camera studios, multi-purpose studios, a student lounge and library. Wi-fi access is available throughout.

The schools shares a floor with one of the leading independent casting facilities on the east coast, which presents a unique opportunity to meet casting directors and gain some behind-the-scenes perspective.

 

Student Residence

NYCDA student housing is located on East 3rd Street in Manhattan’s storied and vibrant East Village, just 15 minutes from campus by subway. The East Village is filled with great restaurants, coffee shops, independent theaters, art galleries, and venues for music of all kinds.

The student residence offers several large group common areas, 24-Hour security, laundry room, fitness center, rehearsal rooms, outdoor spaces and high-speed Wi-Fi. Students interested in housing must complete a Housing Agreement and submit a deposit to reserve a room. For more information, please contact your Admissions Coordinator.
