Students who choose housing through NYCDA are placed in one of two adjacent buildings managed by FOUND Study in Brooklyn Heights. The residences are clean and professionally run, with swipe-card entry and front desk staffed 24/7, along with live-in NYCDA Residence Director and RAs, on-site laundries and gyms. A housing request form and a non-refundable $400 deposit are required to reserve housing. Room choices are honored on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices do not include fully refundable $500 damage deposit.
