Students who choose to have their housing facilitated through NYCDA in 2021-2022 are placed in one of two adjacent buildings in Brooklyn Heights. The residences are clean and professionally run, with swipe-card entry and front desk staffed 24/7, on-site laundries and gyms. A housing request form and a non-refundable $400 deposit are required to reserve housing. Room choices are honored on a first-come, first-served basis.

This residence, converted from the historic St. George Hotel, is managed by one of the city’s most well-known student housing providers, Educational Housing Service (EHS).
