What is the Pathway To Plus One?

At the New York Conservatory, you can evolve your brand, diversify your training, build your actor’s toolbox and add on to your two-year Associate Degree. Use your experience at The New York Conservatory to work towards an additional Associate Degree in one year.

STEP 1

Choose Your Focus

Start by choosing your main area of study. Is your main Two-Year focus on Musical Theatre, Film & Television, Theatre or New Media?

STEP 2

Choose Your "Plus-One"

Next choose your "Plus One" Program option. The programs that can be added are: Film & Television, Theatre, and New Media. So, let's say you chose Musical Theatre as your Two-Year focus...which will be your added "Plus One"?

STEP 3

Apply!

Apply on our website at www.nycda.edu/apply and include all of your choices. Once you have completed your application and audition you will be eligible for a decision.
